Dreamyard Udaipur

I think it is tge best travel property ever that I have traveled to. And I have traveled alot in my life. This place is recommended to everyoneee but specially to people if they are starting to travel solo i will tell you. The hostel's location, architecture , staff, people, rooms, decor, cafe, lake view, hostel activities, terrace like everything is so perfect! People like Waris will make your stay so fun at hostel. I had few feedbacks and Waris took them really nicely and made sure I had a comfortable time. And other than that, hanging out with Nikhil was just the highlight of few evenings. Overall I think I will always keep coming back to this hostel.

Honestly, one of the best hostels I've ever been to, the place is beautiful. Perfectly located, plants and paintings everywhere with a great veiw and vibe. The staff are amazing!! They have become like family during my stay, especially Waris who makes every trip a spectacle and has more charisma than Hollywood. And Shikir is also great fun, full of character and charm and makes sure all the guests are having a good time and engaged. This is true of all the staff but these two guys are the ones I know the best. The excursions are well priced and take you to places you couldn't get to on your own. It's honestly a great hostel. I came for four nights and stayed for nearly three weeks.

I stayed in the female dorm at Dreamyard, Udaipur, and absolutely loved it! 🌿 The place feels warm and welcoming, with a beautiful ambience full of plants and cozy corners. I met some of the coolest travellers here—fun, caring, and open-hearted—which made the experience even more special. The hosts, Waris, Taslim, and Nikhil, are wonderful—so warm, approachable, and genuinely invested in making everyone feel belonged. Dreamyard has a unique vibe that’s perfect for solo travelers looking for both connection and comfort. Would definitely come back!

Don’t tend to write reviews but Dreamyard crushed it! Banging spot with great views, immersive activities and yum food. Highlight was the staff tho! Weapons… Waris is a hero, great vibes, unsung protector of the realm, Nikhil crushed it on the toons, keeping it real and making me feel safe and confortable while Sultan made sure I was fed and watered, man can that guy make a coffee! Can’t recommend higher, no complaints, had a really pleasant time here.

Of course the rooftop, the sunrise tour was awesome, the mattresses are comfortable, hot showers, free masala chai everyday for sunset. Despite some small annoying things, I met incredible people at this hostel, that usually says something about the place and makes the little things matter less! The staff do work very hard and are all lovely.
